Training
Promoting knowledge transfer:
The AZT training
The dynamic change in vehicle technology is having a significant impact on motor insurance, risk assessment and the repair industry. At the same time, digitalization is enabling new processes in the areas of claims management and the preparation of expert reports. These developments pose particular challenges for experts working in the field of automotive technology and claims management, such as experts and workshops. Continuous education and training are key success factors for day-to-day practice.
Allianz has one of the largest expert organizations in the insurance industry, whose continuous and professional training and further education is one of the main tasks ofAZT. The approximately 250 Allianz experts are regularly trained at AZT through a comprehensive training program that covers classic vehicle repair topics, current trends in the automotive sector and the necessary skills in the area of customer service. This ensures a direct transfer of know-how from AZT research and other current sources into the daily claims processing and service for our customers. We also offer other experts individual training courses, both nationally and internationally.
- The diverse range of topics covers the following general areas, among others:
- Body repair and painting
- Basics and processes in damage assessment and calculation
- Modern vehicle technology, e.g. high-voltage vehicles, driver assistance systems and IT security
- Training on other types of vehicles and special vehicles, such as trucks, motorhomes, agricultural vehicles or classic cars
AZT is also part of international expert networks and thus promotes the exchange of knowledge between Allianz automotive and claims experts. As part of this, AZT is the initiator and organizer of annual events such as "Train the Trainer" or the "AZT Summit", at which internationally relevant innovations and developments are discussed and best practice approaches in the field of claims management are presented.
